Customer Service
The Jackman Utility District has 2 main customer focussed goals:
1. Provide safe reliable drinking water each day.
2. Safely collect, transport and treat wastewater to keep our environment safe in the Moose River Valley.
Each year the Trustees establish an operation and maintenance budget to meet those goals while maintaining the infrastructure that mostly lies hidden beneath the streets and yards of our town. Out of sight out of mind in most cases until something goes wrong, such as a water main break or a backed up sewer.
